Lore
Dobreed used to have dreams of opening up his own shop in Mos Espa. Now broke from his gambling activities, he provides transportation services to pay for his urges.
Rulings
- The destiny draw and cost are paid during initiation, and then responses (e.g. Sense) may take place.[1]
- If retargeted by I Have A Bad Feeling About This, it must EITHER select new characters to be transported OR select a new destination site.
- If using I Have A Bad Feeling About This to choose new characters, the new characters may be at the same origin site or a different origin site, but it cannot include any of the original characters.
