History

By July 1998 Decipher sanctioned "Swiss, Junior Swiss, and Sealed Deck" and offered a Junior Swiss Command Card.[1] Junior results had their own rating: Decipher's ratings page offered "Junior Constructed Deck" in 1999 and still in 2001.[4][6]
