Strategy
First things first, this deck is a meta shaker, nothing more. The whole idea behind the deck is to shake up the local meta, which currently consists of LSC and a bit of Profit... Profit is the tougher of the two matchups, but LSC presents its own unique difficulties. However, with a bit of skill, this deck can easily duel Luke and Obi to death, and maintain a hold on your opponent's locations.
Vs Profit - start Jabba and E-Mon as your two Profit aliens... pretty much the sole reason they're in here, really. They should be able to hold their own for a few turns while you pull out your sites and get some dueling stuff set up. Ben Kenobi and Master Luke are the two big targets, obviously... Ben has a built-in duel helper in his text, but your opponent will have to be tracking or get pretty lucky to be able to match you in duel destiny. Luke is even more fun... he either crosses, or the opponent loses a quarter of their deck. So, by dueling both of them, you're taking out the two biggest Profit powerhouses and dealing a LOT of direct damage as soon as they hit table. If Quiggy hits table, use Tat Maul or Maul Strikes to duel him out, and POOP him with Sidious.
Vs LSC - take your time. Pull out your sites, pull your dueling stuff, and wait for one of your targets to hit table. You'll be using the combat cards a LOT more in this matchup than against Profit because you also have to worry about Saber Combat destinies as well, but you should be able to tie or win most of the time. Try to get Sidious to an Executor site quickly, where he can POOP your opponent's Jedi whenever they leave table. Basically the whole idea is to kill their primary character base and then just drain away at their sites and the Holotheatre.
Vs everything else... - don't worry too much about dueling quite as much. If you get the opportunity to duel a target, go ahead and take it... but mainly focus on dropping Vader and Maul to the Endor sites for some draining fun. The Ebb Of Battle is a great card in most matchups because of its drain cancelling ability... which is why you shouldn't count out Deep Hatred too quickly. Basically, just play to the strengths/weaknesses of the other deck and ride it out. Pick your moments.
Card choices:
Janus - cycling. Speeds up the deck a LOT.
Bewil (V) - pulls your non-dueling interrupts when needed. Might be swapping him out for somebody else...
Omni Box combo - deck shuffling, first of all... but also in here for the It's Worse portion of the text, as ICBW is fairly popular in the area.
If you have no clue what the heck is going on here, check out my previous versions of the deck for a look at how the whole concept works.
Enjoy!
