Wow that was a lot of typing...

Definitely a VERY different deck from what you're used to seeing, especially out of me as of late. For the most part, I've tended to shy away from power mains & toys, but that's the only real way to hold the ground here without playing that evasion cheese (and even that is getting tough to pull off). I decided to use the scout mains and all three LS exterior CC sites to take advantage of Close Air Support. Between that and Rebel Leadership, I'm not hurting for destinies... and with a little tracking, it could definitely be nasty.

With Jedi Presence doing some power adding (I don't know about you, but I don't really like sticking around when I start seeing somebody play a Jedi Presence at a site with Qui, JK Luke, Chewie, and Orrimaarko...) and Blaster Deflection keeping my Jedi relatively safe from weapons (or occasionally making them backfire on the opponent), the ground should be pretty well covered.

Retrieval is also a pretty big part of the deck, with the Sabacc going off as often as possible with Lando and the Casino (using Strike Planning to get a first-turn Lando is pretty much the only real way to guarantee that you're the first player to get him on table, though even that could be iffy), Celebration getting back 3 a turn, and a well-tracked Off The Edge for a quick retrieve whenever needed. Yoxgit is also nice for pulling back your weapons whenever one of your characters goes to Used pile or the Tank.

You won't be hurting for activation, that's for sure... every location but the docking bay gives you 2 icons, and the Gas Miners give you an extra 1 each for the Cloud City sector, plus one each from DOS and Qui-Gon. For those of you who can't count, that's a total of 14 Force activated by myself each turn.

As for damage... with the sabers and the Gas Miners adding to drains, and the AO doing direct damage from your Generals, you've got some potential to be pretty nasty.

Finally, a look at the space package. Home One with crew gives your opponent somethign to think about before they start dropping against you... throw Liberty and Bright Hope (V) into the mix, and you've pretty much guaranteed your hold on the system. Just for kicks, Tala 1 and Tala 2 are also going to be staying at the system unless circumstances say otherwise. With Wedge and Hobbie at the sector, you've got a decent hold there as well. All in all, a nasty piece of work.

I guess that's all... and I thought the decklist was a long type!  :-\

Enjoy!
