Card pool
Decipher's event page gave one rule: "As the saying goes 'There Can Be Only One'. So your deck can only have one copy of a card title or persona, i.e. only one copy of Darth Vader (Premiere) or Darth Vader, Dark Lord of the Sith (Special Edition), not one of each."[1] A deck with Darth Vader therefore may not also hold Darth Vader, Dark Lord Of The Sith, because both are the same persona.
The page names no other change to deck building and no set restriction.[1]
History
Decipher scheduled one Star Wars Highlander event at DecipherCon 2000: Friday 6 October 2000 at 7 p.m. (event #SW124), four games, non-sanctioned.[1][2] The same convention also scheduled Highlander constructed events for Star Trek CCG and Young Jedi.[2]
At DecipherCon 2002 Decipher's event-formats page described Highlander for The Lord of the Rings TCG and Star Trek CCG as "Your deck may contain no more than one of any card title."[3] The Star Wars schedule for that convention listed a Highlander constructed event on 1 November 2002 (SW202) without a description.[4]
