Rulings

• No special location arrangement, it's just an ordinary exterior site. It does not need to be adjacent to the Jedi Council Chamber.
• The 'teleport' movement text is a regular move costing 1 Force.
• Multiple Episode I Jedi can use the 'teleport' movement text in the same turn. Each Jedi moving is a separate action, costing 1 Force each.
