Charles Alikin won the 1997 Hoth Regionals (Kamloops), a qualifier for the 1997 Decipher World Championship.[1]
1997 World Championship statement
"To those few of you who have traded with me on the web, it's Fleet Admiral Alikin. I am originally from Jakarta, Indonesia. In 1989, my family moved to Vancouver, B.C., where I now live. I am 16 years old and am in the 11th Grade. I like to play Star Wars CCG, of course, and I also like to read, play basketball and video games. My favourite movies aside from the Star Wars Trilogy are Starship Troopers and Liar Liar. Special thanks to Paul Lavender who gave me the ride to the Hoth Regional in Kamloops, B.C."[2]
