Advanced TIE design. Assigned to elite squadrons, such as the 181st. Developed with enhanced weapons and maneuverability to defeat the Incom X-wing design.
Rulings
- If something allows this TIE to fire at the start of the battle and then fire again (e.g. Defensive Fire (V)) this is redundant with the TIE Interceptor text that already allows 2 shots. It will not add a 3rd shot.[1]
