行動規制ボルトに命令するための携帯装置。コーラーと行動規制ボルトは１対１で対応している。銀河規模で広く使われており、「オーナー」とも呼ばれている。

Translation of Japanese Text

Title: Caller.

Card text: May deploy on an Imperial or Jawa. During your control phase, you may steal one droid at the same location that is controlled by a Restraining Bolt. If you steal the droid, the restraining bolt returns to its owner's hand.

Lore: A handheld device for commanding a restraining bolt. A caller and restraining bolt correspond one-to-one. Widely used throughout the galaxy, it is also called an “owner.”

Comparison with the English printing: The Japanese text says the droid must be at the same location; the English says the same site. Japanese lore states a one-to-one correspondence between caller and bolt, while the English says each caller can be keyed to a specific bolt.
