Blondie (The Good, the Bad and the Ugly)

Blondie is the drifter played by Clint Eastwood in Sergio Leone's 1966 western The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, where he is "the Good". The bandit Tuco (Eli Wallach), "the Ugly", gives him the nickname, and the mercenary Angel Eyes (Lee Van Cleef) is "the Bad".[1] Blondie is the third of Eastwood's roles known together as the Man with No Name, after "Joe" and "Manco".[2]

The Special Edition card Debnoli is an anagram of Blondie, and the anagram list gives the film as the relation.[3][4] The same set has Gela Yeens, an anagram of Angel Eyes, which the list marks "(BAD)", and Bron Burs, an anagram of the artist Rob Burns, which it marks "(UGLY)".[3] The three lores tie the cards together:
Good-natured patron of Mos Eisley cantina, until the Empire impounded his starship. Expert marksman. Seeking revenge on the Empire.
Bad-tempered smuggler. Makes a few credits more helping Jabba collect debts. Highly regarded for his uncanny anticipation in battle. Searching for Debnoli.
Ugly scars cover this former commando from southern Nentan. Likes to be on his own. Crack shot. Off and on partner of Debnoli. Relies on intuition to survive.
The first is Debnoli, the second Gela Yeens and the third Bron Burs.
