2005 New York State Championship was a Star Wars CCG state championship in New York (9 July 2005).[1] It is known from the decklists below, recovered from DeckTech posts and Players Committee forms.
Format
- Environment: Premiere - Original VS6 (from the card pool legal on the event date)
- Site: New York
- Dates: 9 July 2005[1]
- Day 2 bye: Justin Roth[1]
The Players Committee's 2005 Worlds qualifier listing gives the New York State Championship bye to Justin Roth, while the published decklists record Scott Lingrell as the winner. Lingrell already held a Day 2 bye from the Neutral Ground Open Qualifier of 8 January 2005, and the Committee passed a bye down to the next finisher in that case, as it did at the 2005 Tennessee States.[1][2]
