Card Text
Use 1 Force to target a starfighter having one or more permanent pilots. Draw destiny. If destiny > 2, deploy on starfighter to remove all permanent pilots (otherwise, Effect is lost). May add one pilot for each permanent pilot removed. (Immune to Alter.)
Lore
Pilots are often reassigned at the last minute for a variety of tactical reasons. Darth Vader ordered DS-61-2 and DS-61-3 to accompany him to the Battle of Yavin.
Rulings
- If this card removes a unique permanent pilot, that persona's uniqueness still applies (e.g. if played on Gold Leader In Gold 1, the character Dutch still cannot be deployed).[1]
- An unpiloted starship cannot use its game text (e.g. Lando In Millennium Falcon cannot use the immune to attrition < 5 text), but once the starship is piloted again, the starship's game text becomes usable again (except text that specifically says it comes from the removed permanent pilot).
