One of the top 10 menacing cards in the set, [[The Phantom Menace]] has many uses for a Dark Side player who prefers the Sith way of doing things: Wiping everyone out.
With this card, a deck based on the vicious [[Darth Maul]] is the first thing on a player's mind. One of the top 10 menacing cards in the set, The Phantom Menace has many uses for a Dark Side player who prefers the Sith way of doing things: Wiping everyone out.

With this card, a deck based on the vicious Darth Maul is the first thing on a player's mind. Since this card gives total immunity to Maul, the Light Side will need to hit Maul with a weapon to get rid of him. Sure, all they need to draw is a 9 to hit him... not an easy feat. The only other way to get rid of Maul is to outpower the awesome Sith warrior.

The other major use is being able to get Neimoidians, who can be helpful. You can grab politicians, captains, officers, pilots, viceroys, and whoever else happens to be a Neimoidian. With all these abilities, the Old Republic is on the way to destruction.

And finally, just the way Sidious likes it, our mysterious mastermind will come back and haunt any Light Side player as a high destiny card or cause havoc on the Dejarik Holosite. The Light Side will have no chance to survive.

Combo:

Duel, Counter Assault, high damage. It's all good. Even better in a Hunt Down And Destroy The Jedi deck.
