Wojciech Wisniewski[1] (also listed as Wojtek Wisniewski; DeckTech handle Hipo) posted a Dark Ralltiir Operations list on DeckTech in October 2001. Wisniewski finished 9th at the 2015 European Championship[2] and 17th at the 2016 European Championship.[3]
