Virtual Set 18 (Re-organized) is the Original-era plan known as Fifth Anthology. It was previewed as the 18th numbered Virtual Set (June 2009) but was not shipped as a standalone Remaster PDF. Preview material was released inside Reflections IV (Virtual Block 6; PDF official text 4 September 2009).
This is not the same status as Virtual Set 19: Galaxy At War (Polish niewydany / unreleased). Polish inventory lists Fifth Anthology without the unreleased mark. Block intros still count a reorganization of the previous 18 virtual sets.
