• The previous lead treated Starting Effects as a Players Committee-only type (2003–2008). Decipher printed Fear Is My Ally and An Unusual Amount Of Fear in Reflections III (31 October 2001). Added 16 October 2026.

Build notes

• Printed game text on those two cards: up to 10 cards under, three Defensive Shield plays per game. Rules Supplement: the Starting Effect is the one sacrificed slot of the 60.
