Original sources and rules reference

Replaced the generic cardlists-index source with the archived original Decipher card page and replaced the invalid "none" image link with the verified original black-border GIF. The existing ruling prose is unchanged. Replaced its bare Scomp reference with the archived Decipher Glossary Version 2.0, p. 136 (vehicle sites, including cards lost with the vehicle), and the archived Players Committee 2023 Advanced Rulebook, p. 85 (deployment, adjacency, related locations and planet-site distinction). These rules sources are separate from the original printed-face source. No game text, lore, stats, icons, identity, UID, version labels or sibling pages changed.
