Original printed-face source; card data unchanged

Added the archived original Decipher card page as an explicitly labeled original printed-face source. The original black-border scan and current wiki image were visually checked. The bare Scomp reference for the existing vehicle-site rulings was replaced with archived official rules: Decipher Glossary Version 2.0, p. 136 (vehicle sites and loss of their cards), and Players Committee 2023 Advanced Rulebook, p. 85 (deployment, adjacency, related locations and planet-site distinction). The original card face supplies the ownership-specific deployment text. All ruling prose is unchanged; the rules references are separate from the printed-face source. Other existing secondary sources are retained. No game text, lore, stats, icons, UID, version label, image, printings or sibling page was changed; the citation does not certify the current data as identical to the original face.
