Original printed-face source; card data unchanged

Added the archived original Decipher card page as an explicitly labeled original printed-face source. The original black-border scan and current wiki image were visually checked. The original face has no printed Nav Computer icon. The existing navigation capability is retained: the Decipher Glossary, pp. 15 and 94, explains that astromech droids provide nav computers. The rules source is distinct from the printed-face citation; no icon field was changed. Existing secondary sources are retained. No game text, lore, stats, icons, UID, version label, image, printings or sibling page was changed; the citation does not certify the current data as identical to the original face.
