Possibly faulty data: Uniqueness marker on the Block 3 sheet

The Block 3 slip retained on the card article.

The published Block 3 sheet has no uniqueness bullet in the heading above Ke Chu Ke Kukuta?, but its lower black caption includes one. The original Ke Chu Ke Kukuta? is unrestricted, and the current virtual article also records Unrestricted. These conflicting labels do not establish a dated change of uniqueness. The provisional GEMP implementation preserves unrestricted, following the original host and the outer heading. A later dated correction explicitly making the card unique would settle this conflict; the caption alone has not been treated as a separate confirmed errata version.
