Scoundrels is a cancelled Decipher expansion (CardGuide #36). It was scheduled for September 2001 as the third character-themed set, after Skywalkers and Jedi Masters. It would have focused on Han, Lando, Boba Fett, Jabba, and their allies and enemies. Like those sets, it would have used the "Lichtenstein" mechanic: cards that grant new capabilities to existing characters.[1][2]
No retail packaging was released.
