Introduction

Since people seem to be posting MBO decks, I thought I might as well repost mine. (under a new name since the last one was stupid)

Strategy

Pull Dodanna and a site (preferably the War Room). Use Dodanna to get Gospic. Gospic is most of my anti-invasion cover. Dodanna cam pull most of the pilots and Gospic can get Wedge. If you get Luke, (probably through his ship, that is even better, but it is so easy to complete an attack run that all you need is several techs, gospic, and any old pilot. (Wedge with 3 techs and Gospic gets a +14 bonus on attack run if you have control over Yavin.) Mon Mothma can pull techs, but don't get her until you have Dodanna firmly in place, in case you need to pull him again. After you flip, use the text on Great Shot Kid! to retrieve by performing suicide attacks with the Liberty and used-pile forfeiting.

Some card choices:

Extra Proton Torpedoes and Advance preparation: I'm paranoid about some things. And yet I never think about Barrier or ZiMH when deckbuilding. Wierd.

Reds 6 and 7: I'm paranoid about destiny after a certain point because I ignore it for a while at the beginning. These are the two highest-destiny x-wings. They're halfway decent, too.

Enhanced Proton Torpedoes: Cheaper when deploying with Advance Preparation (V)
