Card Text
Deploys only to Jedi Council Chamber. While at Jedi Council Chamber, immune to attrition and, once per turn if a weapon or battle destiny was just drawn, may cancel and cause a re-draw.
Lore
Kel Dor Jedi Council member descended from a long line of Jedi. Known for exceptional sensory skills, Plo Koon's control of the Force is unmatched by most.
Strategy
Like just about all the Jedi in The Phantom Menace, Plo Koon spends all of his time in the Jedi Council Chamber. As a result, he can only deploy there, and his game text only takes effect while at that location. But that's okay, since his game text is global, he'll work just fine in the comfort of the Council Chamber. While there, this powerful character will be immune to attrition, making it difficult for the Dark Side to eliminate him from play. And your opponent will want to eliminate him from play, since once per turn he has the ability to cancel and cause a redraw for any battle or weapon destiny draw. This text can be used offensively or defensively. If you just drew a system or a main character for battle destiny, cancel it and redraw, likely causing more damage to your opponent in the process. On the other hand, if Darth Maul just got lucky and hit Obi-Wan with his lightsaber, cause a redraw in the hopes that the second draw might not be as good. This text can really come in handy in the endgame, when your opponent might have just enough cards in his Reserve Deck for that lightsaber swing and a battle destiny. If you cancel and cause a redraw, he'll likely not have enough cards left for battle destiny.
