Paul van Hoorne (also published as Paul van Horne) is a Dutch Star Wars CCG player who played at April 2000 Helmond tournament on 16 April 2000 with This Deal Is Getting Worse All The Time, according to Jeroen van den Bosch's tournament report.[1] He played This Deal again at the 2000 Dutch National Championship on 21 May 2000, according to Johan Haneveer's tournament report.[2]
