Patrick Garcia (also published as Pat Garcia; DeckTech handle Rowen) is a Star Wars CCG player who finished 9th at 2000 Las Vegas Grand Slam on 6 May 2000, according to Tim Guzman's tournament report and his own.[1][2] He also played at 2001 Vegas DPC on 28 April 2001 with WYS, according to Jonny Chu's tournament report.[3]
