Deploy at any site. Cannot be moved. You may either: Add 1 to weapon destiny for each of your automated weapons there or at adjacent sites. OR A character at an adjacent site you control may add its power to a battle at Holocam's site.
Lore
Remote surveillance viewers with droid controllers supplement security. Can activate alarms and automated weapons when needed, bringing help to endangered locations.

Rulings
- A character at an adjacent site using this device to add power to a battle does not otherwise participate in the battle, and is not eligible to be forfeited.[1]
- An Imperial Trooper Guard at an adjacent site would not be defending in the battle and thus would not have +4 power to add from his game text.
