Joke

The title is Luke's line to Bib Fortuna in Return of the Jedi, which Bib repeats to Jabba in Huttese, subtitled "He must be allowed to speak"; the lore is a line of alien speech in which only "Jedi" can be read, with no translation. It is part of the running gag of cards that print alien speech and sounds without a translation. See Jokes.
