Translation of Japanese Text

Title: Fear Is the Principle of Rule.

Card text: Deploy on any capital starship. If that capital starship is at a system you control, total power at every location in that same system is increased by 1.

Lore: “The governors of each region now directly control their own territories. Through fear we can govern the entire galaxy. Through fear of this space fortress.”

Comparison with the English printing: The Japanese refers to total power at every location in the same system; the English specifies your total power in battles at related sites. The Japanese lore refers to governing the entire galaxy through fear, while the English refers to keeping local systems in line.
