Lore
Commander Igar selected the Empire's most dedicated stormtroopers to guard Endor for the Emperor. All they know is killing and white uniforms.

There is nothing subtle about this guy. A trooper who's better with blasters than any other trooper who graduated the Academy. Arm him appropriately and he becomes power 3 and fires blasters for 1 less force.
So impressive is the Elite Squadron Stormtrooper's qualifications, he inspires the other troopers around him! Forfeit + 2 is a huge bonus for all the other troopers.

Your Elite Stormtrooper is now power 4, and can fire a +1 weapon that makes it's target forfeit 0 for only 1 Force. He fires cheaper than Ponda does! What's more, your Cadet is forfeit 3 and satisfies all attrition. Talk about protection!
