Notes
- Qty 58: Prince Xizor (V) (unique) is listed under both Starting and Characters and is counted once; the Characters header says 18 but the list has 17 including Xizor. The headers add to 60.
- 'In Hand (3)' (Boba Fett (V), Boba Fett's Blaster (V), Jabba's Palace: Dungeon) are deck cards, included.
- Original-era (V), newest printing legal in July 2004 (the post says Virtual Set 7 is out): Djas Puhr (V) (VS2); Ket Maliss (V), IT-O (V), Oo-ta Goo-ta, Solo? (V) x2 (VS3); Greedo (V) (VS4); IG-88 (V), Desilijic Tattoo (V), Take Evasive Action (V) x2, Mist Hunter (V) x2, Hound's Tooth (V), IG-88's Neural Inhibitor (V) (VS5); Boba Fett (V), Boba Fett's Blaster Rifle (V), Jabba's Influence (V) (VS6); Prince Xizor (V), Guri (V) x2, Bane Malar (V), Zuckuss (V), Information Exchange (V), Frustration (V) x2, Unexpected Interruption (V) x2, Slave I (V), Punishing One (V) (VS7). ovs_pick returned modern sets (VS10/20/26) for Guri, Zuckuss, Information Exchange and Oo-ta Goo-ta; overridden.
- The draft had read 'Docking Bay 94' as Cloud City: East Platform and dropped the (V) on IT-O, Desilijic Tattoo, Hound's Tooth, Punishing One and IG-88's Neural Inhibitor. Posted 'Djus Phur' dested Djas Puhr; 'Bossk w/gun' Bossk With Mortar Gun; 'Dengar w/gun' Dengar With Blaster Carbine; 'Boba Fett's Blaster (V)' Boba Fett's Blaster Rifle (V); 'Coruscant(SE)' the Dark Coruscant system.
- Original-era printing corrected: Greedo (V) (Virtual Set 4) -> Greedo (V) (Virtual Set 3); Punishing One (V) (Virtual Set 7) -> Punishing One (V) (Virtual Set 5) (an earlier dest had linked the modern virtual card of the same name).
Strategy
First turn: activation-4. Deploy Fett and gun to Imperial City. Use his gun to pull Ket Maliss (V) and use that to pull Greedo and the Coruscant: Docking Bay. If the opponent gave you enough force, deploy Greedo. Deploy the Dungeon. Use Xizor's text to pull Unexpected Interruption (V). That makes Boussh all but useless, limiting how the opponent can deploy and battle Xizor.
Second turn: activation-6. If you didn't deploy him last turn, deploy Greedo, and use him to pull Oo-ta Goo-ta, Solo? Ket Maliss (V) pulls Docking Bay 94. Use Fett's Gun to pull Information Exchange. Deploy whatever you can, make sure to save enough force to get Xizor and a small escort over to the docking bay.
Subsequent turns: activation-7+. Get out All Wrapped Up quickly and start setting up Bounties. Use Bounties to retrieve force and initiate battles to retrieve with Scum. If the opponent is coming to ground, save the Audience Chamber text to pull the extra Xizor.
Card choices:
All characters-there are few enough characters that can be played in this deck, so most of them are there so I don't end up short on them.
Bad Feeling Have I-make Luke expensive to deploy.
Search and Destroy-get the opponent to come to ground if they're sitting in the air.
Take Evasive Action(V)-good against speeders and Fallen Portal.
I think the rest is self-explanitory.
Thanks for looking, and, hopefully, reviewing.
Edit:
thehooky: Thanks for the review. I think I pretty much covered it all. I took out the Bounties, left All Wrapped Up in for a little capturing anyways. I also removed Defensive Fire (V) and a Frustration (V).
