Agendas: ambition, blockade, trade. While in a senate majority, once during your control phase, may search your Force Pile and take any one card there into hand; reshuffle. While at Galactic Senate, your other Neimoidians are forfeit +2.

Primary Neimoidian senator who represents the Trade Federation in the Galactic Senate. Thwarted attempts by Amidala to end the blockade of Naboo.
Strategy
Lott Dod works his magic in a variety of places. With his ambition agenda, he gets an extra bonus when drawn for destiny if you have flipped My Lord, Is That Legal? Since he has a trade agenda, if he's on This is Outrageous!, you can use him to 'trade' unneeded cards in hand for a shot at a needed card from your Lost Pile. His blockade agenda is also useful, even if he's not at the Senate. When on Our Blockade is Perfectly Legal, he helps you 'blockade' your opponent by hindering your opponent's out of phase movement.
But he also helps you when he's on the table, imagine that! With his blockade agenda, he lets you flip My Lord, Is That Legal? with one less senator. But perhaps more importantly, if you have political control of the Galactic Senate, he gives you access to an incredibly powerful ability. Letting you look through your Force Pile allows you to take a key card into hand; it could be a critical character you need to battle, a matching weapon for your Darth Maul, or any other card, it can all be yours, if you have a Senate majority. And in a pinch he helps his fellow Neimoidians out by adding to their forfeit
