Quietly Observing is a Dark Effect from Tatooine.
Card Text
Deploy on Aurra Sing. While Aurra is alone at a site, your total ability here = 0. During your move phase, may lose Effect to target an opponent's lightsaber present. Draw destiny. If destiny > 3, Aurra may 'steal' that lightsaber.

On her assignment to kill Sharad Hett, Aurra used her patience and cunning to help track down the Jedi Master.
Strategy
When the Light side fortifies a site with some lightsaber-wielding Jedi, show them that they can't just camp there safely any more. Slap this Effect on Aurra Sing and move her to that location to truly put a scare into your opponent.
Jedi rarely show fear, but you will see them run away quickly when Aurra comes along, quietly watching and waiting for a chance to snatch a powerful weapon away. If your enemy stays put, track a 4 or higher destiny card, and that lightsaber becomes one that Aurra can add to her collection.
A Light side force that can be battled is best dealt with by using Aurra Sing and Weapon Levitation. If the opponent piles up their powerful characters at the same site, though, then the most effecient way to disperse them is by having your mysterious bounty hunter infiltrate their party with this card.

Rulings
- If the player has at least one unique alien in hand, then searching Reserve Deck is optional.[2]
- Player may search Reserve Deck, then decide to use only cards from hand (even if Reserve Deck had valid options). As long as at least one unique alien is revealed from hand or Reserve Deck, no verification occurs.
- If player searched Reserve Deck and can't complete the action, only Reserve Deck is verified. A judge may be called to check the hand for any unique aliens.
