Translation of Japanese Text
Title: Beggar (the parenthetical katakana gives the English word beggar).
Card text: Use 3 Force to deploy at an exterior Tatooine location (deployment costs 0 if it is Beggar's Canyon). During your turn, you can use as much Force as you like from the opponent's Force Pile. However, if you use 2 or more Force in one turn, Beggar is sent to the Lost Pile.
Lore: In Mos Eisley, there is no end to those who lose everything through fraud or robbery. Without the fare to leave the planet, they live on the streets, do odd jobs, and beg.
Comparison with the English printing: The Japanese final sentence says 2 or more Force, without repeating the English qualification that the Force is the opponent's. Two or more and more than 1 express the same numerical threshold. The Japanese uses exterior location where the English says exterior site.[1][2]
