Andy McKillip (also published as Andy McCillip)[1] (DeckTech handle s_0_s) posted a Light Echo Base Operations list on DeckTech in December 2000. Andy McKillip also finished 5th at June 2000 Terre Haute tournament on 24 June 2000 with Cloud City deck, according to Matthew Wright's tournament report.[2]
