A Fast Moving Deck that works for both Classic (with just a few changes) and Regular Play. Please Rate. This is probably the best deck I have submitted thus far…
Decklist
Strategy
This deck is not only about speed- but also about high destinies and retrieval later in the game. Here’s an overview of the first few turns: Turn 1: You should be generating at least 4 force this turn. Use Wokling to get out A New Secret Base. Then use A New Secret Base to get out two Echo Base sites. Either draw or leave remaining force depending on hand. Turn 2: Deploy another site and take Echo Base Operations into hand. If able, deploy as many possible characters across the three Echo Sites on the Table. Then, if possible, deploy Echo Base Operations. Draw any remaining force ( I doubt there will be). Turn 3: Deploy two systems from reserve deck and begin draining at Hoth and in Space. Make Hoth into a fortress- Haven in space, etc.
General Overview After these basic turns, I can hit hard both in space and the ground. With all my sites out except for Kessel with in 3 turns, my destiny draws become very reliable. I have 3 7’s and 5 6’s that all can easily be recycled, making destiny adding worthwhile if I get into a fight. Some of you probably wonder why I have Sai torr in a deck with only one character weapon- answer: because Obi-Wan is WAY better when he has his saber. The Transports are really a mid or late game strategy meant to get a better win differential, however the effect still does help with battles on Hoth ( +2 power) meaning that it can be useful any time when force has been lost. I added scouts to be able to use Insertion Planning’s Game Text that reduces battle destiny by 3. Not bad for a destiny 6. The Admiral’s Order is mainly utilized to prevent the opponent from drawing multiple destinies when attacking Hoth on the ground. IN RESPONSE TO SHEWSKI's SUGGESTIONS I HAVE ADDED TALA 2 and LIEUTENANT BLOUNT.
