Costanzo took his Light Throne Room deck to the Victorian State Championships in Melbourne, where it won all its games, beating an old-school Careful Planning deck, Brangus and a Dark Surgeon Agents Of Black Sun deck. At the event it ran Major Haash'n in place of the posted Alter.[1]
