Location discrepancy
Decipher's Grand Slam 2000 list places this event in Brisbane. Josem's own DeckTech post of the winning Dark deck (14 March 2000) calls it "the Canberra Grand Slam".[3] The post may simply name the wrong city, or Decipher may have listed an event held in Canberra under Brisbane. Until more evidence turns up, this wiki follows Decipher's list.

Where a source disagrees with the record on this page, the page keeps the record and notes the difference here.
- Josem again calls this Grand Slam "Canberra"; Decipher lists it as Brisbane.[4]
