1999 Ralltiir Regionals was a Star Wars CCG tournament for the Ralltiir region (Austria, Germany, Switzerland) in 1999. Bastian Winkelhaus won the regional final.[1][2][3]

Dating
Trandosite says Winkelhaus won "the Ralltiir Regional Final" with these decks. Their latest set is Endor (June 1999), with no Enhanced Cloud City or Enhanced Jabba's Palace cards. Trandosite captured them in October 2000, after the 2000 Ralltiir Regionals had been won by Martin Falke. Winkelhaus then played the 1999 World Championship in November 1999, so this is the 1999 event. The 1999 regional finals were held in autumn 1999; the Naboo final was on 12 September.
