Jerry Darcy is a game designer credited as a designer of Decipher's Star Wars Customizable Card Game (SWCCG).

Wikipedia lists Darcy among SWCCG's designers with Tom Braunlich, Rollie Tesh, and Warren Holland. Some secondary game databases list Braunlich, Tesh, and Darcy as designers while omitting Holland; this wiki notes that conflict and still follows Wikipedia's four-name designer line on Creators of SWCCG.

Decipher's contemporary Radio Free Decipher series described Darcy as Star Wars CCG Lead Game Designer in a December 1998 episode index entry. KendallCast community interviews (2020s) likewise introduce him as former Decipher Lead Designer for SWCCG and discuss early expansions including Premiere, A New Hope, Hoth, Dagobah, and Special Edition.

Those interview labels support a lead-design role during Decipher's expansion era. They do not, by themselves, prove the exact start date of an official "Lead Designer" title relative to Premiere (December 1995).
