TC-14 is a Dark Character (Droid) from Coruscant.
Card Text
Opponent's Jedi using landspeed from here require +2 Force. During any control phase may place TC-14 out of play to target one opponent's Jedi present. Target Jedi loses all immunity to attrition and is power = 0 for remainder of turn.
Lore
Trade Federation-owned protocol droid used by the Neimoidians to distract the Jedi until a plan could be conceived to deal with them.

With the introduction of so many new Light Side Jedi, the Dark Side needs everything it can muster to deal with these powerful characters. TC-14 makes things tough on them in a couple of different ways, and should join IG-88, 4-LOM, U-3P0 and the new Destroyers as one of the most versatile droids in the Dark side arsenal.
Most of the Jedi choose to stay within the comfy confines of the Council Chamber where they are best able to use their game text. You can still expect to see others, like Mace and Ki-Adi-Mundi, join the ranks of the existing heavy hitters (like Luke, Obi, and Qui-Gon) on the front lines of battle in cameo support roles.
When TC-14 joins your forces against one or more Jedi, your opponent will be faced with two choices when it is their turn. Stay, and put their strong Force-wielding hero at risk, or run away (at a cost of 3 Force each). If they decide to stick it out, TC-14 can be sacrificed (during EITHER player's control phase) to make the Jedi of your choice vulnerable and weak.
The ability to turn Jedi Luke from an 8 to a 0, where even a destiny draw of 1 can take him out, is well worth TC-14's life.
Combos:
Take on the enemy with this droid duo backing up your other characters and take out two Jedi in one turn with only 1 attrition!
Wipe out ANY opposing character's game text without sacrificing TC-14.
Plant TC-14 amongst the Light side Jedi (even at the Jedi Council Chamber), and make it super expensive for them to move away, then use Oh, Switch Off for protection should Sorry About The Mess + Lightsaber come calling.
