Lichtenstein

Lichtenstein was Decipher's internal code-name for a gameplay mechanic planned for the cancelled character-themed expansions Skywalkers, Jedi Masters, and Scoundrels.

Instead of printing new versions of Luke, Leia, Vader, Yoda, Obi-Wan, the Emperor, Han, Lando, Boba Fett, or Jabba, Lichtenstein cards would have granted new capabilities to existing character cards already in the pool.

The mechanic never reached a retail set. Episode I expansions replaced that schedule after Lucasfilm asked Decipher to mix The Phantom Menace into the original-trilogy game.
