USED: Cancel Overseeing It Personally. OR Use 4 Force to cancel Vader's game text for remainder of turn. LOST: If Emperor just lost from table, draw destiny. Opponent must lose Force equal to the destiny draw.
Lore
The turning of Vader and the loss of Palpatine was the beginning of a new era for the entire galaxy.
Strategy
The first Used function is okay, Overseeing It Personally was a nasty "kicker" in the old-style Ralltiir Operations decks. But with Ounee Ta being a more effective Raltiir Ops counter, this function alone will not justify its inclusion in most decks.
The second Used function though is a great one with immense versatility. Not cheap, but to remove Dark Lord Of The Sith's choke or EPP Vader's weapon for a turn could swing a situation your way.
The Lost function is also not too shabby! Emperor sees a lot of play, often in multiples so people aren't afraid to forfeit him in order to deploy another from hand. This could make them hesitate for just a second!
That's a destiny 4 interrupt that works with two of the most popular Dark Side characters in the game! Definitely worth consideration in a host of Light Side decks!
