Well, this guy's stats seem pretty average for a unique trooper, however his gametext can be very worthwhile if [[Noble Sacrifice]] is popular in your area., But his other gametext can also be useful. Sergeant Tarl is a Dark Character (Imperial) from Endor.
Card Text
While Tarl is the trooper targeted by Spice Mines of Kessel, that Utinni Effect is immune to Alter and Tarl adds 4 to Force retrieved when completed. Subtracts 3 from Force opponent retrieves with Noble Sacrifice.

Took part in the capture of the Rebel Blockade Runner Tantive IV. Stormtrooper trained on Corulag. Corellia native.
Strategy
Well, this guy's stats seem pretty average for a unique trooper, however his gametext can be very worthwhile if Noble Sacrifice is popular in your area., But his other gametext can also be useful. His other gamtext is obvious when you build around it. If your Capturing Deck includes Spice Mines Of Kessel for a little retrieval, then he is a must.
