Join Me! is a Dark Interrupt (Lost Interrupt) from Tatooine.

Card Text

Use 3 Force if Luke was just 'hit' by a lightsaber swung by Vader. Opponent must choose: Place Luke in owner's Used Pile OR Luke may not be forfeited this battle and crosses to the Dark Side at the end of the turn if still on table (is no longer 'hit').

Strategy

By Joe Helfrich[1]

Vader tried to get Luke to join him while they fought alone on Cloud City. Most dark players, however, will want to use this card when Luke is the key character in a defensive force, giving light a difficult choice. If Vader can hit Luke with a lightsaber, this card makes light either remove him from the battle immediately--perhaps leaving a very weak group to face the power of the Dark Lord--or keep him in the fight, but lose him permanently to the Dark Side at the end of the battle.

This card gives Hunt Down decks a new weapon to use against Luke to help counter all the new dueling cards. But any deck that uses Vader and his lightsaber and expects to run into Luke--that is to say, almost every Dark deck--might be able to find a space for this powerful card.
