[[Establish Control]] provides support for [[Mobilization Points]] and [[Begin Landing Your Troops]] while encouraging you to maintain control of several sites on a planet. When you control a docking bay with [[Mobilization Points]], you are already activating +2 Force. Now just play [[Establish Control]] on that docking bay to get the Force drain bonuses at adjacent battlegrounds. Best of all, your characters at the docking bay are protected from [[Fallen Portal]], so you don't have to worry about the Light Side trying to clear out the site with interrupts. Deploy on a docking bay you control. No Force drains here. Fallen Portal may not target a character at this site. Your Force drains are +2 at adjacent non-docking bay battleground sites. Place Effect in Used Pile if opponent controls this location.
