The Light Side version of the Special Edition card Counter Surprise Assault is certainly a handy way to kick your Ewok deck into fast deploy!

Often an issue with "weenie decks" is that you take a bit longer to get enough into hand to deploy "safely". This usually translates to having to put more of the weenies in your deck, reducing room for other vital defences. Surprise Counter Assault will get your fuzzies our quick smart, and what's cheaper than free?

Use this to get your Ewok Tribesmen, Ewok Sentries and Ewok Spearmen onto Endor in large quantities. Equally useful in an Ewok based Endor Booster Draft deck, as lesser quantities available in your Deck can often make them a little harder to find when you need them.

Combo: = the drain is cancelled, the Ewoks get deployed from Reserve Deck for free at a site with 2 Light Side icons, and if you scare the Dark Side characters to the Used Pile, then from the Forest Trail you can get them to any exterior Endor site you wish!

• lotsa Ewok Sentries + Surprise Counter Assault + Endor: Hidden Forest Trail = the drain is cancelled, the Ewoks get deployed from Reserve Deck for free at a site with 2 Light Side icons, and if you scare the Dark Side characters to the Used Pile, then from the Forest Trail you can get them to any exterior Endor site you wish!
