Opressive Enforcement has may different effects on the game. Adding destiny +1 to your ISD's is nice, to your Victory-class SD's is good, and to your Dreadnoughts (giving them 4) is great. So its use in a space-drain deck is obvious.

Card Text

Deploy on your side of table. Your Imperial capital starships are each destiny +1. Your Immediate Effects may deploy for free. Whenever opponent cancels your card with Sense or Alter, place that canceled card in Used Pile. (Immune to Alter.)

Lore

The Imperial fleet keeps a tight grip on the systems under its control. Abuses and excesses by local citizens are not tolerated.

Opressive Enforcement has may different effects on the game. Adding destiny +1 to your ISD's is nice, to your Victory-class SD's is good, and to your Dreadnoughts (giving them 4) is great. So its use in a space-drain deck is obvious.

The only Immediate Effects that benefit from being Free are the original ones, Tentacle and There'll Be Hell To Pay, but that's okay. They're both great cards, cramping many styles, from SAC to Grimtaash to Nabrun Leids to Hyper-Escape to The Signal and Nar Shaddaa Wind Chimes. And it may be better than There Is No Try against Sense And Alter, because while in both cases you may lose a crucial Interrupt or Effect tactically, as it goes Used, you know strategically it will be back, and for now a (usually) high destiny card is back in your Life Force.

Combos:

Opressive Enforcement + Twi'lek Advisor: As you only need one of these in play, you only need one in your Reserve Deck.

Opressive Enforcement + There'll Be Hell To Pay + Tentacle: Your Interrupt worries are over, while your opponent's have just begun. I hope he remembers how many Nar Shaddaa Wind Chimes he put in his deck.

Opressive Enforcement + Dreadnaughts: Destiny 4 support cards for your TIE decks.
