Deploy on a docking bay you control. No Force drains here. Fallen Portal may not target a character at this site. Your Force drains are +2 at adjacent non-docking bay battleground sites. Place Effect in Used Pile if opponent controls this location.

Strategy

Establish Control provides support for Mobilization Points and Begin Landing Your Troops while encouraging you to maintain control of several sites on a planet. When you control a docking bay with Mobilization Points, you are already activating +2 Force. Now just play Establish Control on that docking bay to get the Force drain bonuses at adjacent battlegrounds. Best of all, your characters at the docking bay are protected from Fallen Portal, so you don't have to worry about the Light Side trying to clear out the site with interrupts. The best planet to use this card would have to be Tatooine, which has two unique docking bays (Mos Espa Docking Bay and Docking Bay 94), and possibly the Spaceport Docking Bay as well. Since Establish Control is non-unique, you can deploy copies on all of these docking bays, as long as you have at least two sites in between them (because the cumulative rule would prevent one site from getting a +4 Force drain bonus from this card on two adjacent docking bays).

Combos:

Use Begin Landing Your Troops to get out those docking bays early.

Control these three sites for a total Force drain of 8 each turn, not including any bonuses from lightsabers or other cards. For added protection, use His Name Is Anakin to make it more difficult for your opponent to deploy aliens to Tatooine.
