Strategy
Do you like drawing extra cards? Do you like recycling cards? If so, then this is the card for your Light Senator deck. No matter whether the game just started, or it's almost over, this is never a bad card. Early on, you can play this and if you're lucky, you can draw some extra cards, but even if not, you've still recycled a 5. In the mid to late game when you may have set up some destinies, this can give you some guaranteed card draws, if you're in control of the senate. And what's even better, if you've somehow lost control of the Senate, you can still play it as a recyclable 5.
