Strategy

By Doug Taylor[1]

A no-brainer for any "Capture the Queen" deck, these little mechanoids have a number of outstanding features. Their retrieval text means that playing with a few of them can help out any deck. When you have a crucial card on the top of your Lost Pile, or if you had to forfeit a vital character on your opponent's turn, then the deployment of a Sith Probe Droid will allow for its rescue.

They also serve as the ultimate hunters and trackers of Amidala. You don't have to play with too many copies, either, since the Epic Event If The Trace Is Correct allows them to be "downloaded." Get 2 or 3 roaming the same planet as the Queen, and she will be unable to escape the reach of the Sith Apprentice for long.
